I bought a large piece of plywood, big enough to cover the space. I found a left over stencil from the dining room table project, and painted the background. The hard part was coming up with which phrase you would like to use. I just kept it simple with 3 large letters 'FUN'. We used eye hooks and wire gauge to tie to the ceiling. We needed it to be manageable to take down and put back up.

nail & string art
