making a cornice board

I found an easy-to-follow post at Spare Time City

tools:
  • 1 sheet 1/2" plywood
  • 4 90-degree angle brackets
  • less than 1/2" screws
  • drill
  • batting
  • staple gun
  • measuring tape
  • scissors
  • decorative fabric

I painted the initials on using a stencil that I printed off of the computer. Then added white ribbon around the edge of the cornice with hot glue. There is a fabric roller shade hidden under the cornice which is easy to open and close.
