photo gallery wall

I photo gallery wall is always a great accent wall for your home.

Lauren Conrad has some great examples and tips to help you with your photo gallery wall.

My tips:

  • keep it to neutral frames when mixing color and black/white pictures
  • use mattes when you can
  • use a random pattern when using different size frames
  • when every frame is the same size, it looks best in a symmetric layout
  • put a dab of tooth paste on the back of the frame where the nail would go.  Then place the frame where you want it go on the wall. When you lift it back off, the toothpaste will be exactly where your nail needs to go

  1. Thank you for the tip about using toothpaste! Most of my frames are actually hiding many nail holes from my miscalculations.
